Excel: A powerful tool for analysis

Excel is a Microsoft product. It is very essential for data analysis. By using Excel, we can do thousands of things. But, we need to know the very basics so that we get going. First, we need to learn addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.  Then we need to go upwards by using power function and other complex math function. Actually, it reduces the task of a person. It reduces human error. Once you have made an excel sheet for analysis or doing a problem, you can get the results simply by changing the data. That is very easy. I will show you this in a video. Go through it and learn it. 

Using sum function

The sum function is very important to add numbers in a row in Excel. This function will be shown in the video. In the example, three students are taken. Their six subjects are given. Our motive is to find the sum of marks obtained in six subjects and then to find the percentage. This is a simple example. You can use this technique for your other problems.

Using average function

This function helps to find the average. Suppose you have marks for 6 subjects of a student. You need to find the average marks. Then we will use this one. You need to know how to find this and use it according to your requirement.

How to use Grammarly for advanced correct report writing? Write correctly, be professional.

When we write something, we do mistakes either in grammar or punctuation. Sometimes we use wrong voice in sentences. This can be removed easily by Grammarly. This is an online tool. You can install it in your browser. So when you write something in your mail or other social networking platforms, it corrects it. You can also install it with your Microsoft word for advanced correction. Sometimes, even MS word cannot catch some mistakes even if the auto-correct is on. This helps me very much. I’ll show you how it is done with my paragraph. This is shown in the video. This tool is very important for correct report writing for all students.  

How to Use Draw.io? A flowchart drawing software.

Draw.io is an online or offline tool. For operating Draw.io, you need to have Chrome as the browser. This tool can be used for drawing various types of professional flow diagrams, configuration diagrams, line diagrams, engine diagram etc. It is very useful for B.Tech, M.Tech and PhD report writing. It is simple to use. The files can be saved as JPEG or different formats. The files can be stored as XML files. To read these files, you have to have Chrome as a browser. Simply store these files in a folder and open it by Chrome whenever required. I have shown it in the video. You can also try different other diagrams.
