You are to do good things. But people around you won’t think that way. They are always in search of ways to lessen their burden and dump it upon you. If you continue to bear their burden, you will rise as a good person. Whether you should do it or not, I won’t advise you. In the initial days, this is how clever ones become an integral part of the system.

People start to depend on them because they are generally clumsy. On becoming a reliable person, you get into things where you get to draft policy-related things or influence many important decisions in the organisation. As people are often clumsy, they often delegate these tasks to juniors like you. Such things require study and research.  They try to get initial things done from the juniors.

The clever ones game the system by incorporating things suitable for them through such things. Even if such things are difficult to do, requiring a lot of study, the person drafting will get a home run to set things in their favour. As this is policy-linked or a critical decision, it has a long-term effect. So, it becomes a blessing in disguise. Therefore, the clever people get something out of the driest of the driest things.
