We hide things all the time. We tell lies to cover up things and get into trouble or a shameful situation. The first thing is why you need to hide day to day trivial things as your top secrets. If you have problems do admit them. If you do not want to share, I think you should just say, "I do not want to share." This will just blink red lights to the trespassers. Anyway, people ask it because they just want to ask. There is no deeper concern or lighter anything. It is just it is. It is the norm in society. If it can be told, it should be told. It just stops the conversation.
Many a time, people are concerned. Many a time, people can help you by their experiences. It is not that people are after you. You are not that very important person as you perceive and treat yourself; you are an ordinary person having the same problems as others. When you open up, they open up. It is just it. Mingle with people. Accept them as they are.
When you share things as brutally as they are, people stop asking anyway. You make your own brand among them: “The one who speaks things brutally”. People like to hear fairy tales. But life is just the opposite. You show people the bitter things as they should be shown, which others do not feel like showing. It is also important.
